Ingredients

  • 15 mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 3/4 oz honey syrup 1 part honey, 1 part water
  • 2 oz hibiscus tea chilled
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • Juice and fruit from 1 small passion fruit or 1 oz passion fruit juice
  • Edible flowers for garnish
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves and honey syrup to a highball glass. Gently muddle to release oils from mint but not enough to break mint apart.
  • Add hibiscus tea and lime juice. Fill the glass nearly full with crushed ice. Twist a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your palms to swizzle drink until the drink is mixed and outside of the glass is chilled.
  • Fill the glass with more crushed ice and add passion fruit juice and fruit.
  • Garnish with mint and an edible flower. Top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
