This refreshing, tropical mocktail combines Amoretti's Passion Fruit Beverage Infusion, fresh mint, lime juice, hibiscus tea, and bubbly club soda.

Ingredients

  • 2 pumps Amoretti Passion Fruit Beverage Infusion
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup club soda
  • 1 oz chilled hibiscus tea
  • Garnish: edible flowers, mint, lime

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves to a cocktail glass and lightly muddle. Add lime juice and Amoretti Passion Fruit Beverage Infusion, club soda and ice. Stir to combine.
  • Slowly pour in hibiscus tea. If desired, garnish with mint, lime and an edible flower.
