The Oz-mopolitan is a Wicked-inspired cocktail that is a riff on a cosmopolitan made with gin, cranberry and lime juice and Cointreau. The pink cotton candy and glitter make this cocktail a showstopper.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1/4-1/2 oz lime juice
  • Splash cranberry juice
  • Edible glitter dust
  • Pink cotton candy

Instructions

  • Add gin, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice, edible glitter dust and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
  • Add cotton candy to a coupe cocktail glass. Strain cocktail mixture glass over cotton candy. If desired, garnish with more cotton candy.
