Honeydew Appletini
The Honeydew Appletini combines the crisp flavors of sour apple liqueur with the subtle sweetness of fresh honeydew and tartness of tangy lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honeydew balls (or cubes), plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz sour apple liqueur
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Add honeydew to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down. Add vodka, sour apple liqueur, lemon and ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with melon balls and mint.
