For the Cocktail

oz
whiskey
1 1/2
oz
spiced cider
3/4
oz
oat milk
1/2
oz
lemon juice
1/2
oz
brown sugar syrup
Caramel sauce, for rim
Apple ghost, for garnish
Pumpkin pie spice

Brown Sugar Syrup

part brown sugar

part boiling water
Instructions
For the Cocktail
Add caramel to a shallow dish. Submerge a coupe glass in the caramel to coat the rim.
Add whiskey, spiced cider, oat milk, lemon juice, brown sugar syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain cocktail into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with apple ghost. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
For the Brown Sugar Syrup
Combine 1 part brown sugar with 1 part boiling water and stir until dissolved. Cool before using.
For the
Apple Ghost
Cut a thin slice from a large apple. Use a paring knife to carefully cut out a ghost shape. Use a straw to cut out eyes and mouth.
