This Halloween Mimosa is the perfect sipper for spooky season. It features a Ghost glitter bomb that vanishes in your drink!

Ingredients

Ghost Glitter Bomb

  • White cotton candy
  • Edible orange luster dust
  • Black decorating gel icing

Mimosa

  • Ghost Glitter Bomb
  • 5 oz prosecco or champagne
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Dash of pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Ghost Glitter Bomb

  • Use your fingers to mold the cotton candy into a ghost or bell shape. Leave the bottom slightly hollowed out and allow excess cotton candy to hang on the bottom.
  • Add a small scoop of edible luster dust to the hollowed center. Use your fingers to compress the excess cotton candy and seal the luster dust in.
  • Use a black decorating gel icing tube with a small tip to draw 3 circles on the ghost - 2 eyes and a mouth.

Mimosa

  • Add prosecco or champagne to a champagne flute.
  • When ready to serve, drop the Ghost Glitter Bomb into the glass and allow it to dissolve and transform.
  • Add orange juice and vanilla extract and enjoy!
