Use your fingers to mold the cotton candy into a ghost or bell shape. Leave the bottom slightly hollowed out and allow excess cotton candy to hang on the bottom.
Add a small scoop of edible luster dust to the hollowed center. Use your fingers to compress the excess cotton candy and seal the luster dust in.
Use a black decorating gel icing tube with a small tip to draw 3 circles on the ghost - 2 eyes and a mouth.

Add prosecco or champagne to a champagne flute.
When ready to serve, drop the Ghost Glitter Bomb into the glass and allow it to dissolve and transform.
