4ozTonic water
For garnish: orange wheel, grilled pineapple slice, pineapple frond

Grilled Pineapple Infused Aperol
Remove peel from the pineapple and slice into 1 inch rounds. Place in a bowl and drizzle with honey. Toss to evenly spread honey over the pineapple. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grates. Grill pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Cut pineapple into cubes and place in a large glass container with a lid. Fill with Aperol and seal. Refrigerate for 2-7 days until desired flavor is reached. Strain out solids. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Grilled Pineapple Aperol Tonic
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add Grilled Pineapple Infused Aperol and Tonic. Stir to combine.
If desired, garnish with an orange slice, grilled pineapple and a pineapple frond.
