This Grapefruit Eastside Cocktail is made with fresh grapefruit juice, cucumber, and Empress Gin for a light and refreshing summertime cocktail.

Ingredients

cubed cucumber

simple syrup

fresh lime juice

fresh grapefruit juice

Empress 1908 Gin
Garnish: Cucumber slices, grapefruit, mint
Instructions
Add cucumber, mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and muddle.
Add lime juice, grapefruit juice, Empress Gin and ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into 2 glasses over ice. If desired, garnish with cucumber slices, grapefruit and mint.
