Ginger Peach Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients
- ¼ large ripe peach
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- 2 ½ oz Q Mixers Ginger Beer
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Muddle peach and lemon juice in a cocktail tin.
- Add whiskey and ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over ice.
- Add Q Ginger Beer and stir.
