Garden Gin Sour
This Garden Gin Sour is made with Empress 1908 Gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, and an egg white for a fancy and refreshing gin cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: dried flowers, lemon twist
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a couple cubes of ice. Shake vigorously until the ice is melted.
- Dry shake (shake with no ice) until egg white is frothy. Pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with dried flowers and a twist of lemon peel.
