Instructions
Meringue
Whip the egg white until smooth and glossy.
Add lemon juice and continue to whip.
When the mixture is stiff, slowly sprinkle in sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Lemon Meringue Cocktail
Prepare the meringue.
Add Finlandia Vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, vanilla extract, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain cocktail into a coupe glass.
Use a piping bag (or snip the corner off of a baggie) to pipe meringue over the cocktail.
Toast the meringue using a culinary torch.
If desired, garnish with an edible flower.
