Easy Pickle Spritz Cocktail
To all my pickle lovers, this pickle spritz is an absolute must-try. If you’ve been looking for an easy way to experiment with a pickle cocktail without needing a complicated bar setup, then this recipe is for you. Made with just tangy pickle juice, sweet-tart lemonade and bubbly prosecco, you can be sipping this savory and effervescent drink in less than 5 minutes. It’s the ideal nostalgic, crowd-pleasing summer porch drink.
Ingredients
- 1 oz pickle juice
- 3 oz lemonade
- 3 oz prosecco chilled
- Pickle and dill for garnish
Instructions
- To a wine glass, add ice, pickle juice, lemonade and prosecco. Stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with a pickle spear and fresh dill.
Notes
- Don’t reduce the lemonade too much: I tried different proportions and less lemonade made the drink feel off. The 3 oz lemonade helps balance the pickle juice and prosecco.
- Used chilled prosecco: Starting with cold prosecco means the drink stays colder and you don't need to rely entirely on ice.
- Adjust the pickle flavor: Depending on your pickle liking.
