Drop the Beet Cocktail
This Drop the Beet Cocktail is made with Empress 1908 Gin, beet orange juice, fresh lime, honey, and greek yogurt for a bright and exciting cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 tsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 oz beet orange juice
- Garnish: lime round, mint sprig, edible flower
Instructions
- Add lime wedges and honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle until all juice is squeezed from the limes. Add Empress 1908 Gin, yogurt and ice and shake until chilled.
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add beet orange juice. Strain cocktail mixture into the glass.
- If desired, garnish with lime, mint and an edible flower.
