Ingredients

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 chai spice tea bag
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 oz The Whistler Whiskey Irish Cream
  • 1 tbsp espresso
  • cinnamon stick, star anise, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pour vodka into a sealable jar. Add chai spice tea bag. Cover and let steep for 1-2 hours.
  • Remove tea bag. Add Whistler Whiskey Irish Cream, maple syrup, and ice to tea mixture. Put lid on and shake well.
  • Fill a clean glass with ice. Pour espresso into each glass. Strain whiskey mixture on top.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
