Creamy Limoncello Spritz (Lemonade Cocktail)
This Creamy Limoncello Spritz is a bright and bubbly cocktail, made with fresh lemon, limoncello, condensed milk and prosecco.

- 1 small lemon or 1/2 large lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 oz limoncello
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 3 oz prosecco chilled
- Thyme dehydrated lemon and edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
- Add lemon wedges to a cocktail glass and muddle firmly to release the juice.
- Add limoncello and condensed milk. Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with prosecco and stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with thyme, dehydrated lemon and edible flowers.
Notes
- Glasses: Since the lemons require a firm muddle, avoid using a delicate glass. I used this glass. Check out my favorite glasses here!
- Chill prosecco: Cold bubbles keep the Limoncello Spritz crisp!
- Stir gently: Just a gentle swirl is enough. Over-stirring will flatten the fizz.
