This cookies and cream cocktail is a fun twist on a classic White Russian, made with homemade Oreo cream vodka, Kahlúa, half-and-half, and Oreos. It takes around 10 minutes to mix up and tastes like a boozy cookies-and-cream treat, while an adorable Oreo bat garnish makes it extra fun for Halloween!

10Oreos
Oreo Bat Garnish
2Oreos
Candy eyes
Cookie icing
Instructions
To a rocks glass with ice, add Oreo cream vodka, coffee liqueur, half-and-half and crushed Oreos. Stir to combine.
If desired, garnish with an Oreo bat.
Oreo Cream Vodka
Separate 10 Oreos in half and scrape out the cream filling. Add the cream filling and vodka to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
Oreo Bat Garnish
Separate 1 Oreo in half and scrape out the cream filling. To make the bat wings, use a sharp knife to cut one cookie in half.
Separate the remaining Oreo in half, keeping the cream filling on the cookie. Press the bat wings into the cream filling, then top with the other cookie. If needed, use cookie icing to help secure the cookies together.
Use a dot of cookie icing to attach the candy eyes to the top of the Oreo bat.
Notes
Crush the Oreos very finely: Large pieces won't incorporate as smoothly into the cocktail. I’d recommend using a food processor or a ziploc bag + rolling pin or sifting with a mesh strainer.
Make the Oreo cream vodka ahead: Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. Shake well before using and if separation occurs, blend briefly to reincorporate the cream.
Half-and-half swaps: Whole milk, non-dairy milk and heavy cream can be substituted. The creaminess of the drink will depend on the dairy you choose.
