Pie crust dough
4cherries, pitted
1/2ozhoney syrup
1 1/2ozbourbon
1/2ozamaretto
1/2ozlemon juice
Dash vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roll out pie crust on a cutting board. Use a star cookie cutter to cut the dough into stars. Place stars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
Add cherries and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down. Add bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, vanilla bean paste and ice. Shake until chilled.
Strain mixture into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pie crust star.
