Ingredients

Blueberry Espresso Martini Cocktail

  • 1/4 oz blueberry syrup, for cold foam
  • 1 oz cream, for cold foam
  • 1/2 oz milk, for cold foam
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 3/4 oz blueberry syrup
  • 1/2 oz Licor 43
  • Blueberries, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • Blueberry Espresso Martini Cocktail
  • Prepare blueberry cold foam: Add 1/4 oz blueberry syrup and cream to a cup. Froth until slightly thickened using your preferred method. Add milk and froth until foamy.
  • Add vodka, espresso, 3/4 oz blueberry syrup, Licor 43 and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a coupe glass. Top with blueberry cold foam. If desired, garnish with blueberries and edible flowers.

Blueberry Syrup

  • Combine blueberries, sugar, water and vanilla bean paste in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and cool. Strain mixture into a jar, discarding solids.
