The Blueberry Espresso Martini is the perfect brunch cocktail! Featuring a blend of flavors perfect for brunch! Featuring vodka, espresso, Licor 43, and blueberry cold foam.
Prepare blueberry cold foam: Add 1/4 oz blueberry syrup and cream to a cup. Froth until slightly thickened using your preferred method. Add milk and froth until foamy.
Add vodka, espresso, 3/4 oz blueberry syrup, Licor 43 and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass. Top with blueberry cold foam. If desired, garnish with blueberries and edible flowers.
Blueberry Syrup
Combine blueberries, sugar, water and vanilla bean paste in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and cool. Strain mixture into a jar, discarding solids.
