1½ oz gin ¾ oz simple syrup ½ oz blood orange juice (half small blood orange) ½ oz lemon juice Egg white ¾ oz red wine Garnish: blood orange slice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add gin, simple syrup, blood orange juice, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
Remove the ice and dry shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour into a cocktail glass. Slowly pour red wine over the drink.
Garnish with a blood orange slice.
