Half apricot

Extra virgin olive oil
Apricot, for garnish
Edible flower, for garnish
Instructions
Add apricot and honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down. Add gin, Italicus, lemon juice and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drizzle with olive oil. If desired, garnish with an apricot and edible flower.
