Materials

  • 1 tsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp hot water
  • 10 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 2 oz Evan Williams Peach
  • Garnish: peach slice, mint sprig

Instructions

  • Combine hot honey and hot water in a small glass to make honey syrup.
  • Add mint leaves and hot honey syrup to a glass or julep cup and lightly muddle.
  • Add Evan Williams Peach then fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir until chilled.
  • Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.
