Carrot French 75
The Carrot French 75 cocktail features a blend of gin, carrot juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne, adding a festive touch to your Easter gathering!
Materials
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz carrot juice
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz champagne
- Garnish: carrot greens
Instructions
- Add gin, carrot juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. If desired, garnish with carrot greens.
