Materials

  • 6 puff pastry shells
  • Salami
  • Mini brie bites
  • Sliced cheese (I used havarti)
  • Hard cheese (I used cotswold)
  • Grapes
  • Mini chocolate eggs
  • Dried fruit (I used dried tangerine)
  • Chamomile

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425. Bake the puff pastry shells for 18-20 minutes or according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool on a baking rack.
  • In the meantime, arrange folded salami and mini brie bites on tooth picks. Cut the hard cheese into bite sized pieces. Cut the sliced cheese into a small strip.
  • When the puff pastry shells are cooled, remove the center of each pastry. Arrange all ingredients, except the sliced cheese strip in the pastry. Arch the sliced cheese over the pastry shell, as the Easter basket handle. Enjoy!
