My 212 Cocktail
My 212 is a vibrant remix of the classic 212 featuring fresh grapefruit juice, tequila, and Aperol!
Materials
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz tequila
- 2 oz Aperol
- Merlot Sea Salt
- Garnish: grapefruit slice, edible flower
Instructions
- Add grapefruit juice, tequila, Aperol and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Brush the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and sprinkle with Merlot Sea Salt until coated. Fill the glass with ice.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flower.
