Peach Limoncello Bourbon Sour
This Peach Limoncello Bourbon Sour is made with peach, bourbon, limoncello, lemon juice, and maple syrup for a refreshing mixed drink for Father’s Day.
- ¼ peach, diced
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ½ oz limoncello
- Half large lemon
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- Garnish: sprig of sage and peach slices
Add peach to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down.
Add bourbon, limoncello, lemon juice, maple syrup and ice and shake until chilled.
Strain cocktail mixture into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. If desired, garnish with peach slices and a sage sprig.
