The Blossoming Bee’s Knees is made with SILKS Gin, honey, lemon juice, rosewater, and Yes Way Rosé Bubbles for a unique libation to sip on.

- Cocktail shaker
- Coupe Glass
Materials
- 1½ oz SILKS Irish Dry Gin
- ¾ oz honey syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 drops rosewater
- 3 oz Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
- Lemon round, edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
- Add SILKS Irish Dry Gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, rosewater and ice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
- Strain cocktail mixture into a coupe glass. Fill glass with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles. If desired, garnish with a lemon round and edible flowers.
