This Sparkler Granita is made with Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Guava, sparkling rosé, white cranberry juice for an icy treat that is perfect for ringing in the new year with.

Materials

  • 1 bottle Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Guava
  • 1 cup sparkling rosé
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice
  • Garnish: strawberries, mint, sparkler picks

Instructions

  • Add Seagram’s Escapes Strawberry Guava, sparkling rosé and white cranberry juice to a shallow container and whisk to combine.
  • Freeze for 5-6 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and scrape the granita with a fork or spoon, breaking apart any large pieces. The granita should be dry and flaky in texture. Scoop into 3 or 4 coupe glasses and garnish with a strawberry, mint sprig and sparkler pick. Enjoy immediately!
