- ¼ cup Shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 oz Island Oasis Pina Colada Mix
- 1½ oz tequila
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Garnish: cranberries, mint sprig, lime wheel
Toast the coconut. Remove from heat and place in a shallow dish. Prepare your cocktail glass by coating the rim with honey. Submerge in toasted coconut until the rim is coated.
Add tequila, Island Oasis Pina Colada Mix, lime juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cranberries, a lime slice and mint sprig.
