Citrus Rum Punch
The Citrus Rum Punch is made with Copalli Rum, citrus juice, ginger beer and ginger liqueur.
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 blood orange sliced
- 1½ cups Copalli Cacao Rum
- ½ cup ginger liqueur
- 4 cups ginger beer
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: star anise and edible flowers
Add all ingredients to a punch bowl with ice and stir to combine.
Divide into cocktail glasses over ice.
Serve with sliced citrus, star anise and edible flowers, if desired.
