Christmas Cookie Gin Fizz

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker or Frother
  • Collins Glass

Materials

  • 2 oz Greenall's Gin
  • 1 egg white
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz cream
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1 splash almond extract
  • 2 oz club soda
  • sprinkles for top

Instructions

  • Add gin, egg white, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake or froth vigorously for 4 - 5 min.
  • Add 2 pieces of ice to the shaker and shake until melted.
  • Add cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract and shake for 10 more seconds.
  • Pour into a collins glass. Slowly pour club soda into the glass until the froth lifts above the rim.
  • Top with sprinkles.
