Equipment

  • 2 Small dishes
  • 2 Champagne flutes
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Materials

  • ½ tbsp simple syrup for the rim
  • ½ tbsp sanding sugar for the rim
  • oz Kinky Blue Liqueur
  • oz lemonade
  • 1 cup champagne
  • pinch of luster dust

Instructions

For the rim:

  • Add simple syrup and sanding sugar to small dishes.
  • Prepare 2 champagne flutes with a sparkling rim by submerging in simple syrup then sugar.

For the cocktail:

  • Add Kinky Blue Liqueur, lemonade, luster dust and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake.
  • Strain into your prepared flutes, dividing equally and top with champagne.
