Blackberry Tea Vodka Sour

- Muddler
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
Materials
- 3 blackberries
- 2 tsp sugar
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1 ½ oz Curate Spirits Black Tea Vodka
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries, sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail tin until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add vodka and egg white and dry shake.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into a glass over ice.
