Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass over an ice wreath.
For the ice wreath
Add one layer of cranberries and mint leaves to each donut mold. Fill each mold up to 3/4 with water. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours. To remove, run the outside of the mold under warm water. Gently remove each ice wreath from the mold.
