- 1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1 oz Lychee syrup (from canned lychee)
- 1½ oz coconut water
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- Garnish: lychee, edible flower, lemon slice
Add lychee syrup, coconut water and lemon juice to a cocktail glass and stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice. Slowly pour Empress 1908 Gin to the glass, so it layers above the cocktail.
