Materials

  • oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1 oz Lychee syrup (from canned lychee)
  • oz coconut water
  • ¼ oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: lychee, edible flower, lemon slice

Instructions

  • Add lychee syrup, coconut water and lemon juice to a cocktail glass and stir to combine.
  • Fill the glass with ice. Slowly pour Empress 1908 Gin to the glass, so it layers above the cocktail.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice, lychee and edible flower. Stir before enjoying.
