Cranberry Kiss Sparkling Paloma
This Cranberry Kiss Sparkling Paloma is the perfect New Years cocktail. It’s light and bubbly with slightly sweet, citrus-forward notes, and an effervescent finish.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail glasses
Materials
- 3 oz Cenote Tequila Reposado
- 2 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz agave
- 4 oz champagne
- 4 oz sparkling water chilled
- Garnish: sugared cranberries and rosemary, grapefruit peel
Instructions
- Add Cenote Tequila Reposado, pink grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, lime juice and agave to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
- Evenly strain the mixture into 2 cocktail glasses. Divide champagne and sparkling water into each glass.
- If desired, garnish with sugared cranberries, rosemary and grapefruit peel.
