Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Ice cream scooper
  • Citrus juicer optional

Materials

  • 2 scoops peach sorbet
  • ½ cup fruit kombucha (I used ginger kombucha)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Garnish: Peach, mint

Instructions

  • Add peach sorbet to a glass. Pour kombucha over the sorbet.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If desired, garnish with a peach fan and mint.
