Hibiscus Pomegranate Sour

Materials

For the Hibiscus Pomegranate Sour

  • 2 oz Frankly Organic Pomegranate Vodka
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz hibiscus concentrate
  • 1 egg white
  • mint, edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals for garnish

For the Hibiscus Concentrate

  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 teabags hibiscus tea

Instructions

For the Hibiscus Pomegranate Sour

  • Add Frankly Organic Pomegranate Vodka, lemon juice, hibiscus concentrate, 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
  • Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again vigorously.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass. Top with mint, an edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals.
  • Garnish with mint, an edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals.

For the Hibiscus Concentrate

  • In a small saucepan combine water and sugar on medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add in hibiscus tea bags and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a jar to cool.
