Frankly Organic Pomegranate Vodka

fresh lemon juice

hibiscus concentrate

egg white
mint, edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals for garnish
For the Hibiscus Concentrate

water

sugar

teabags
hibiscus tea
Instructions
For the Hibiscus Pomegranate Sour
Add Frankly Organic Pomegranate Vodka, lemon juice, hibiscus concentrate, 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again vigorously.
Double strain into a coupe glass. Top with mint, an edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals.
Garnish with mint, an edible flower, and dried hibiscus petals.
For the Hibiscus Concentrate
In a small saucepan combine water and sugar on medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add in hibiscus tea bags and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a jar to cool.
