Spiced Pomegranate Rosé

Equipment

  • Ice tray
  • Wine glass

Materials

For ice

  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup water

For spritzer

  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 3 oz Champs de Provence Rosé
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 dash spiced bitters

Instructions

  • Add orange slices, pomegranate arils, fresh mint, and water to the ice tray. Let freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Once frozen, add all ingredients to a wine glass with fancy ice cubes and stir.
