This Pomegranate Elderflower Bourbon Sour recipe post was made in partnership with Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur. Recipe and ideas are my own.

One of the easiest ways to elevate the appearance of a drink is by using a fancy ice cube! You’ve probably seen a lot of Old Fashioned cocktails with those giant, single cubes of ice that look super sleek and refined. Or Mint Juleps with their signature crushed ice.

I decided I wanted to do something with ice I’d never done before, and that led me to these adorable Christmas “wreaths” made with cranberries and mint in a donut pan! This garnish is super easy to recreate and takes any drink from 0 to 100 real quick, in the best way possible. I can pretty much guarantee that if you make these for your holiday party, people will love them.

Pomegranate Elderflower Bourbon Sour

I decided to pair my epic ice wreaths with an equally as epic cocktail, so I came up with this Pomegranate Elderflower Bourbon Sour! A bit of bourbon and tart yet tasty pomegranate juice are combined with Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur for a slight floral flavor that’s perfectly balanced and far from overpowering.

I know you’re going to love this cocktail, so please share your remakes and tag me! Feel free to have a little fun with the ice wreath garnish. As mentioned, we used cranberries and fresh mint, but you can make your wreath out of anything!
